Sport Psychology

Helping you achieve your performance goals while preserving your well-being.

Fee is $225 for a 50 minute session.

Sport and performance-focused mental health services for adolescents and adults pursuing a high level of competitive sport. Sports commonly worked with include gymnastics, figure skating, swimming, cycling, wrestling, golf, soccer, volleyball, basketball, track and field, speed skating, baseball, softball, hockey, sailing and rowing.

For athletes who self-identify as pursuing a high level of competitive sport.
